after i beat phantom i have to get to the level 100 trophy, hades cup time trial, gumi ship trophies, and synthesis trophies, all weapons trophies, then i will beat the game.

Remember having Ultima Weapon, Glide, and Second Chance to kick Sephiroth's ass.

Yes, Phantom was in the original Kingdom Hearts (PS2 version - Non Final Mix).
