Minato wins this with ease. He can evade everything Jiraiya tosses at him and slam Rasengan on him to finish it up. Frog Genjutsu is definitely not happening here, not against someone faster than him who has better reflexes and can teleport.

Minato wins mid diff at best. Even that may be a stretch considering he can dance circles around Jiraiya.

The relationship between ma & pa and Minato is questionable.

They've even failed to acknowledge him at one point. Summoning them is out of the question IMO

No problem Ah i see now. Strange, but maybe they didn't take Minato into consideration because he was supposed to be dead decades ago already? Because like you can see on the scan i posted, Pa did say he was familiar to them

Yes, there are points in both our favor. Therefore, with that and the fact I've never seen Minato summon nor do i know he has what it takes to summon them, i wouldn't conclude he would especially against Jman. That's like part 1 Naruto summoning Ma and Pa
