[Discussion] What crew position is still open?

So a lot of discussion has been going on about the possibility of the Straw Hats getting a new member soon to reach the 10 luffy wanted in the beginning. My question is what role is their left to fill on the crew?
Luffy-Captain
Zoro-First Mate? (I know it's not official)/ Combat Expert
Sanji- Cook
Nami- Navigator
Usopp- Sniper
Brook-Musician
Chopper- Doctor
Robin-Reads the ancient texts/ Historian?
Franky- Shipwright
10th member- ?

So what position is left? This is why I don't think Rebecca, the Samurai, or Jinbei will join. I cant think of any position they would fill that would be unique for the Straw Hats. The only positions I can think of that would be left would be spy. What do you guys think?

I figured franky was enough of a scientist, unless something really crazy goes down and Caesar has a change of heart and joins the straw hats, that would be ridiculous.

I think that's a little off topic... I would recommend reading the manga of One Piece instead, it moves a lot faster.

Historian is my own term I came up with for Robin, it is not official in any way. I can see how someone could term her an assassain.
