[Theory] Rikudou Sennin Had Immortality!

Rikudou sennin from what I believe had immortality because in a image with his son's. Looked way different then the outfits. In the manga with his mother compare there suits to them the sage is really in the thousand's!

Before the Sage's time, the warriors had metal armor and weapons, which suggests at least Medieval-age technology. Huts with straw would be available, but only for Plebians, not Royalty.
