This is not an Ice technique, it is water, there is a certain reason for the name with will be elaborated upon. Alright, thanks for clicking on this thread and welcome to my second jutsu idea, I hope to make this idea interesting and original, so stick around and please enjoy my thread.
Alright, this technique is an S-Ranked water style jutsu, the only person I could picture EVER being able to preform it would be Tobirama, so he will be used as the example in all of the scenerios I will be using. Congratulations to all of the Tobirama fans out there, because this thread will be hyping his abilities, so enjoy
Now there is one reason that this technique is so difficult, and that is because the user will have to manipulate water on a molecular level. This may be to difficult for even Tobirama, though if anyone could do it, it would be him. Now this would have to be a contact jutsu, simply because I can't imagine someone doing it at a distance. I imagine it looking like Kabuto's chakra blade(minus the actual chakra showing) or even the way Minato applies his seals. It would be a tap with the palm on whatever area the jutsu would be needed. With extended contact the effects of the jutsu would be drastically exaserbated.
Now I think that I'll explain EXACTLY how the jutsu would effect said molecules. What it does is it forces to water together with such pressure that it turns into a solid, ice, without any change in temperature. This is similar to the actual Ice 7 that occurs naturally on distant planets, due to these planets having a majority of water and being much larger than Earth, they are able to expose the water do a much higher amount of pressure than Earth is capable of. I choose Ice 7 out of all the Ice varients due to the fact that is is the most stable and therefore is the most plausible to works as a jutsu. This means the user would have to be able to exert more pressure on the the molecules than planets that are up to 10x larger than our own. This would require god-like water manipulation skills and chakra control.
Here is how I imagine it effecting the body. Tobirama would touch the victims gut and immediately the process would start. Forcing the water in the stomach cells together, causing it to shrivel up, and after a few seconds of exposure, said organ would be rendered useless. I see this being used on certain muscles, rendering said limb useless, the limb would eventually recover depending on how long the jutsu is used. Prehaps after a certain point, the organ/muscle would be permanently useless and/or seriously damaged.
This jutsu could potentially be much more useful as a seal. This would cause the jutsu to work substantially slower, but with it continuously working, I don't really see that being a problem. Though I don't think that Tobirama himself could develop such a seal(Yes I know Tobirama is a genius, but that's how difficult this jutsu is) He may need help from an Uzumaki or Minato.
