Let face it, 'Naruto' isn't always about him. Other characters take spotlight *cough* Sasuke *cough*

If the manga was 'always' about Naruto, it would get boring. It's good that other characters get their fair-share in the spot-light, it's good writing. It's called Naruto because he's the protagonist and the manga follows him.

Oh and Sasuke hasn't been in the main "spotlight" for literally hundreds of chapters. His last real, major focus was his fight with Danzo, ever since then he's been mostly overshadowed with everyone he's been with. Itachi and Kabuto, The Hokages, Naruto, Obito. Naruto has gotten panel-time, power-ups and new feats up the ass this entire war while Sasuke has took the backseat.
