What the K11 could have been

We all know that Kishi completely ignored some of the most loved characters in part 2. Especially the K11. What do you think they could have done if they were actually in the spotlight like part 1? I'm talking pre-war by the way.

Neji could have been the leader of the Hyuuga (Hizashi should have died, not him)

Kiba and Shino would make perfect ANBU members with their recon type skills. They would be a badass 3 man team (the 3rd member being Akamaru transformed into Kiba so he isn't recognized.)

Ino and Choji would be fine as Chuunin (they can't be ANBU because they have to take over their respective clans, plus they have always been a little behind everyone else.)

Lee could have been a Jonin who already has some students

Tenten and Hinata could be Tokubetsu Jonin and be Tsunade's personal bodyguards

Shika is fine where he is, not too powerful in combat but the best mind in the series.


Now lets get to the fights they could have had.

Tenten and Hinata vs Konan - this could have happened during Pains invasion on the leaf. It could have been even but ended abruptly because Pain used his giant Shinra Tensei

Lee, ANBU Kiba, ANBU Shino vs Taka - this could have been really badass. Kiba and Shino would fight Suigetsu and Jugo and Lee would have his rematch with Sasuke. It could have been their mission to locate Sasuke but to not engage. But they weren't able to get away without a fight. Eventually Sasuke would defeat Lee with is Susanoo and Kiba and Shino would be forced to grab the unconscious Lee and retreat.

Team 10 + Neji vs Kakuzu and Hidan - This way they could actually avenge their Sensei instead of just sitting around and getting in the way while letting Kakashi do everything.

I can't think of any more but post what you would want to see.

But alas, Kishi would rather have them sitting in the back being useless and forgotten. They could have developed into such great characters if they actually had some spotlight. Anyway, post what you would have liked to see happen to them.

Well before Nagato and Konan betrayed the Akatsuki , they wanted Obito's plan to succeed . Kisame sacrificed himself so than Obito can unleash the Infinite Tsukuyomi .

I always thought one of them turning bad would be cool, but I don't see any of them as bad guys. Also, Shino is too smart to give in to Obito's cry-baby plan.

That phrase honestly irritates me.

1. Just because Neji had a change of heart doesn't make him some weak servant. He still has his own will and personality.

2. It makes Hinata sound like an elitists snob.

3. Even worse when it was obvious throughout their Chunin fight Hinata never saw herself as anyone special, and if anything she puts people above her.

4. Having desired to have the same nindo as Naruto, she wouldn't want Neji to grovel at her feet, but stand as her equal (in personal status) if not wish for Neji to continue to advance just as she herself wanted to.



OT: I'd say for the most part the K11 would all seemingly take to a Jounin level at the least.


Kiba and Shino are easily Anbu styled shinobi.

Hinata would probably be given her status as clan head. Though with her focus on her eyes ability to see far distances, she could also fit with Team 8 in the Anbu (which would have been interesting if it resulted in her having Neji lead the Hyuga).

Neji was already implemented to be a Jounin... Would have been cool if they showed he had his own team. As I mentioned, possible clan leader to shoe the Hyuga changed.

Lee would train the next Spring of Youth

Sakura would head the medical team

Ino-Shika-Cho would be respective clan leaders... Shikamaru notably being an asset to the Hokage for intelligence.

Tenten would be a Jounin and weapons craftswoman of great skill.

And I was kidding about theTsunade thing, but Naruto does fear her. Every since Yamato told him the story of jirayah and Tsunade.

I used that term due to a lack of a better phrase. Kishi's portrayal of Neji towards the end was to soft and out of character in my opinion a change of heart is good, but the transition wasn't to good. though, i could be wrong i didn't really focus on hinata/neji moments to much.

Man you're right. They need more spotlight where we can see how much they improved than they were before.

I like to see all the K11 to become Jonin and for them to be famous so they can be look up to like their clan leaders. Like for example:

Rock Lee- like you said him becoming a Jonin and having students for him to train and teach them to never give up

Ten Ten- become a Jonin where she can be in charge of Konoha's Ninja Tool system and train others how to use them, and definitely needs more spotlight, along with becoming the Hokage's bodyguard

Neji- take his uncle's place and surpass him

Kiba- become a Jonin, be the Head of the Inuzuka Clan, and surpass his mother and sister

Shino- become a Jonin, be the Head of the Aburama Clan and advancing his ninjutsu

Hinata- become a Jonin, and surpass her father, and be the Hokage's bodyguard and be assistance to Neji, and to have a one on one fight with a strong opponent

Ino- become a Jonin, improve her mind-affecting techniques and overcome some of the risks, in charge of the Intel Division and head of the Yamanaka Clan along with being assistance of the Medical Corp, (has a lot to do) and for her to get a spotlight where she can take on strong opponents

Shikamaru- become a Jonin, be the head of the Nara Clan, improve his shadow techniques some more by advancing his limits, and surpass his father's intelligence level

Choji- become a Jonin, surpass his father, and be the head of the Akimichi Clan

Naruto: Hokage and make out paradise writer
Sakura: head medic for Konoha
Sai: Anbu captain

Hinata: clan leader or Jonin. Depending on how strong Hanabi would be.
Shino: Anbu or Aburame clanhead
Kiba: Jonin or Inuzuka Clan head

Ino: Yamanaka clan head, intelligence gatherer, medic (she actually has a lot to choose from)
Shikamaru: clan head and strategist, or hokage (If Naruto somehow doesn't do it)

Neji: One of Konoha's elite renown, elite Jonin. (Like Kakashi)
Lee: An elite jonin as well (like Gai)
Tenten: jonin/blacksmith and or teacher

Nagato said that he wanted to create a world without wars and death so I think he knew . Obito was going to use Nagato to revive Madara and start the Infinite Tsukuyomi . Nagato probably thought that Obito is going to revive him in the Tsukuyomi World where there he can be happy and be with his parents , Yahiko and Konan .
Kisame was very loyal to Obito and he died sending the intel to Obito so than he can find the Jinchuurikis and achieve his goal .

..... Kakuzu would have won. I don't want to sound rude or fanboyish, but he would have destroyed them without Kakashi.

It's more because of his lack of panel time. If you look at Kazekage Rescue Neji he's basically unchanged. The only other significant interaction they had pre-death was against Pain where he couldn't believe she tried to fight.

Rock Lee SD Neji is poorly portrayed as a lap dog so in that show it would appear as such.
