His silhouette was shown when garp was mentioning the yonko. Is that his actual appearance? Who knows, Oda can be clever.

The guy to the left of shanks with the green striped coat, has sort of a resembelence to the sillouette. It would also make good plot as well as there could be a connection between Kaido and Shanks if Kaido used to be a former crewmate of the Roger Pirates.
