Looking for a new anime to watch. Was thinking about checking out Slayers, Tenchi Universe, Another, or Guilty Crown. Are any of those worth checking out or does anyone have any other suggestions?

Don't listen to this guy please , One Piece > Naruto hands down because Naruto is a complete copy-paste from One Piece (if you know what i mean and... haters gonna hate).

Also a short series , as for me you can watch durarara , 2 specials + 24 episodes , and yes its over .

I've seen most of the stuff listed. I did pick out Darker than black, Mirai Nikki, and Hellsing though. Should take me awhile to watch those three, Slayers, and Tenchi. Thanks for the recommendations

As far as i know , one piece began first , then it was naruto only after one piece lol.

And i'm not going to change my opinion only because of fantards lol , that doesnt watch one piece or that does watch one piece and ignore the flaws that naruto has only because to become a "star" between the naruto fantards lol... There is still a lot on my "Plan to watch" list, but I've kind of been discouraged by watching anime based off hype. Hell a lot of people recommended me Hellsing Ultimate and Elfen Lied, but those were pieces of shit with nothing above average other than good animation (And... well... Alucard is a badass). All you need is an anime with lots of gore and it is bound to get popular, sad really.

No it doesn't, based on popularity gore animes generally tend to be less popular (AOT? Fuk that), like claymore, bastard, neon genesis evangelion, Afro samurai, ninja scroll, fist of the North Star, genocyber, berserk, gantz (kinda) I can name more and these animes are violent as fuk and yet they aren't popular or known to many
