We already knew that Madara can perform meteorite jutsu that can destroy an entire landscape rite?

The reason why Madara perform this jutsu at this size because he allow his susano which his 7 time bigger than him to perform the jutsu.This mean that the meteorite jutsu size increase to match Madara's susano size.If Madara was to perform the meterite jutsu it will be able to kill a small number of the shinobi alliance (4 -20) compare to a large meteorite perform by his susano.

Keeping this in mind,Sasuke current Susano donot have his bow and flame orb but instead it have a sword and 3 free hand.

I believe if Sasuke wanted to perform Kirin via his susano it size will increase 3 -4 time to match his susano,which will be enough to take down the god tree base.
Picture Kirin double or triple it size.

This theory is based off theories. Perhaps Madara just needs more hands for his meteor jutsu, or perhaps the jutsu simply depends on the chakra used?

His meteor jutsu was a combination of Deva Path (Bansho Tenshin) and his Susano'o larger appendages. That's the reason he was able to pull a METEOR from space. I wouldn't doubt Sasuke's ability to create a larger Kirin, but it has nothing to do with what pulls it down. It has to do with the clouding above them and how much enthalpy (heat energy) has been transferred up there to rile up the clouds to create Thunder.
