Knowledge: Itachi only has knowledge up to hebi sasuke. Kisame has no knowledge on sasuke and same goes vice versa.

Amaterasu would kill Kisame leaving Itachi to fend for himself, Itachi can't protect him from it as he can't see it coming since he is not a sensor (Nor is Kisame) and Sasuke's eye no longer bleeds. Once Kisame is done, Itachi's chances of victory are zero. This is even more likely to happen since Itachi only has intel about Sasuke's moveset pre MS. Same with Kisame.

Not to mention arrows are still a danger to Kisame, if fired from a close enough distance, it pierces him and he dies. Kisame isn't going to evade this or react in any physical kind of way as Kakashi (Sharingan pre cog) needed Kamui to warp the arrow away.

No, it can't. Its been stated on more than one occasion that the flames spawn and they have been shown to spawn. Every. Single. Time.

Samehada can absorb but Sasuke can keep on spawning it, so he'd die regardless.

This match is mainly Sasuke vs Kisame cause with Susanoo to protect him, Itachi isn't hindering Sasuke at all.

Only way I see Itachi and Kisame taking it, is if they have intel on EMS Sasuke. But given the fact that Itachi only has info up to Hebi, he wouldn't be expecting Sasuke to be able to spam MS techniques. The duos victory depends on Kisames survival, and with such lack of intel on Sasuke; Kisame probably falls to Amaterasu spam.. leaving Itachi to fend for himself against someone who can quite easily outlast him.

Again with the Totsuka wank? Lmao. Totsuka is described as an ethereal weapon but you are going to need feats of it being able to do what you say it can. It PHYSICALLY cut Oro's Hydra. It PHYSICALLY pierced Oro and caused him to bleed. Totsuka isn't getting past Susanoo, not in this lifetime.

Solution to all these problems once Samehada begins to falter from the heat, he merges, and then absorbs any and all Amertarasu that comes in contact with him, immediately (absorbing V2 cloak in seconds?)

Causing no damage and if it does he heals from it, as it would be minimal at best

****ABOUT AMATERASU****

-You are wrong, Itachi knows sasuke has Amaterasu, he used it against Kabuto, he doesn't only have knowledge about pre MS sasuke, in fact he is familiarized with EMS sasuke.
-Why wouldn't Itachi use Amaterasu too? Sasuke is better than him with it but he hasn't shown feats of being faster with it...
-Sasuke's eye no longer bleeds, but he still has to close it, and Itachi (who is very smart, and has knowledge of the jutsu) would notice about it. Itachi can put up Susano pretty fast, so if Sasuke closes his left eye, Itachi would protect Kisame with susano since he can put that up even faster than Kirin.
-Samehada can absor Amaterasu as we've seen, it can absorb fire, it burns but the chakra gets digested anyways... Also Itachi can use Susano to protect Himself and Kisame from amaterasu at the same time, he did that against kabutomaru.

***ABOUT THE REST OF THE FIGHT****
- If kisame fuses with samehada and uses water dome, sasuke would be on a rush, since susano is A CHAKRA CLOAK, and kisamehada can absorb chakra with just touching it, so if sasuke and kisame are both underwater on the dome (where sasuke is pretty slow, since v2 Bee was outspeeded by kisamehada, i don't see sasuke being faster than him underwater) kisame would be atacking the susano and slowly absorbing it
- Itachi's susano is superior to sasuke, since Yata mirror and Totsuka blade are one of those sasuke doesn't have...

Anyways sasuke could pull it off but i don't see it very likely
