Should I watch the anime of Rurouni Kenshin
or should I read the manga of Rurouni Kenshin,
or shouldn't I watch it at all, and it's only time consuming.

What do you recommend me?

Watch it. I finally did this summer. It was worth every second. It started slow but Shishio's arc is mind-blowing

I made it up to episode 10 I believe. Started it because Shinta reccomended it to me. It's really good, just sadly I don't have much time for it right now. Lots of action, the characters are cool, and the story telling is superb. I would try it!

well naruto certainly took a lot from Trigun Lol zetsu, jugo, nagato, naruto, neji,sasori, shino, genjutsu, kiba,
moon's eye plan, pein.

The manga of Rurouni Kenshin was released 2 years before Trigun and the original 28 tankōbon volumes do not resemble Trigun.

However by the time it's anime was released Trigun was very much available and the differences in the Rurouni Kenshin manga to anime I feel had something to do with the style of Trigun.

The Trigun anime had loads cut out of it but the manga explains much more and if you read it then watch Rurouni Kenshin anime you'll see what I mean.

I watched the anime a while ago and loved it.

Been meaning to read the manga because I read that the best part of the story (jinchu arc) and its ending didn't make it into the anime but I didn't have time to do that yet
