Absolutely not. Once he has access to PS he will, but there's probably no difference between complete susanoo and legged susanoo other than mobility. Also, the feat he had this chapter was with a cloak, so it's not a valid feat by itself, so we need more.

All Nagato needs to do is maintain the blocking seal of Preta Path while walking calmly towards Sasuke and finish him off with his overpowered moves(Shinra tensei, Human Path and so on), since practically all Sasuke's attacks are chakra based. Preta Path would only enjoy eating his chakra

Sasuke could win but it would be hard. If he could catch Nagato in Genjustu then it would give an opening to kill him. However Nagato's pets give him a better field of vision. If Sasuke is as smart as Itachi then he could maybe do it but nagato might win too.

Don't say Kirin is instant, because it lingered in the air for at least 10 seconds before he used it on Itachi.

Don't forget Nagato is a sensor and can tell if he uses Ama or is prepping Kirin.

Also their is no prep time for Bansho tenin, he could literally open with this move, Sasuke's counter would be Susanoo, which would get absorbed. Then what happens? He dies.

1. A sasuke that know how to use amaterasu beats bee. current sasuke own Bee low diff, maybe mid diff
2. susanoo did act as an anchor. it anchored sasuke to the ground. Notice when gaara moved the ground is when madara was taken out of susanoo. Nagato can't replicate this with bansho tenin
3. Kirin is natural lightning guided by sasuke. nagato can't stop lightning.
4. kirin is fast enough It wasn't in the sky for ten seconds re read that chapter, sasuke was in control all he has to do is move his hand down whenever and it strikes.
5. sensing doesn't help nagato against amaterasu

why didn't nagato preta amaterasu?

susanoo deosn't get absorbed because bansho is countered by susanoo. and since preta can't be used while moving susanoo is safe.
