arrives at the grassy field that she had been assigned to, having chosen to wear her most revealing outfit (Outfit 3) for this fateful day the playful and hyperactive girl skipped around on the field awaiting her proctor. As she skips in circles she hears a footstep long range to her left, in an instant she stops in her tracks and screams at the top of her lungs."Mistah J!!!! I would recognise those footsteps anywhere!! That's not too stalkery is it? no? well... even if it is who cares right!!! Stalkers can be fun sometimes! Except for those ones that think by stalking they're gonna somehow achieve great levels of pleasure. Yeah, those guys can just go to hell... literally, I musta killed at twelve of those types in the last year."
After an extremely brief pause she begins again.
"Yeah you're right. You're always right Mistah J, why am I being so modest! I killed at least 70 of 'em. And most of those were because I told them to follow me! I should really stop forgetting my own orders. I wonder what it's like down there... I mean, the colour red is good and everything but thats gotta be a right bummer on the eyes, I mean c'mon, red twenty four seven... get the decorators in Satan! If I ever met him, that is what I'd begin with I think: Hey there Satan, I'm Harley! If you ever need advice on some new wallpaper I'm ya gal!.. No. Wait. shut up Harley. You gettin' so worked up when the only devil you need in your life is right next to you... If right next to means quite a few feet away that is. Which, in this situation, it might as well be. Anyway... Where were we?"
As she takes in the scenario once again she pulls a lightbulb from her pouch of ninja tools and holds it above her head.
"Ah! I got it."
She drops the light bulb.
"You're testing me for this testy thing then Mr. Sexy Tester Man? Good. But I hope you don't take offense when you get hit... Usually you're the one hitting me, you never know, maybe a change of roles is just what we need to spice up our relationship! Am I right?! HA! Am I? HaHaHAAAA... Am I right?!... Mistah J... Why aintcha laughing Mistah J?"

The Joker arrives to find Harley being her usual....Insufferable self, but today was not a laughing matter, well for her at least, it was fantastic for him, for he got the opportunity to beat up on her, again.
Oh harley...Harley harley harley, you know i'm goint to feel bad for this, but i only hit because i love.
The joker upon saying this adopts a fighting stance, awaiting his "lovers" first move.

The set-up was unfamiliar, it had been only very rarely that Harley had prepared to fight the clown prince one on one like this. Not that she noticed... In her mind pigs had shotguns and slept upside down so that their bellies would get a moon tan. Any girl who said she was happy and didn't wear make up surely had mental issues, how could someone not want to look like her? I know I for one couldn't think of any reason not too... *Narrator eye-roll*. Anyway, my point is that she was crazy, unfamiliarity didn't exist in the head of such an active thinker, and it was this, that made this situation particularly dangerous... Neither of the two participants had a filter, in word nor action, and beyond that, if this fight turned 'fun'. Well, you can imagine...
"Hey b*tch! We're havin' a moment here! I ain't crazy... I'm just... Okay! Maybe I'm a little crazy... But crazy is just another word for totally awesome!"
As she speaks Harley raises her revolver to the sky and sends a bullet skyward. A scream is heard, the narrators blood fills the sky with red before raining down on Harley's head. After being covered from head to toe, Harley takes a moment, looks herself up and down, and pulls out a mirror. Holding the mirror with an outstretched arm she begins fiddling with her hair.
"Note to self... Buy fake blood. I look gooooooooooood in red! HAAHAH!!"
Sliding the mirror back into her belt she looks back to The Joker and smiles.
"Sorry 'bout that Mistah J. Just had some female problems! But now. I'm all yours!"
Reaching the "I'm all yours!" part of her sentence Harley pulls a ball (with drawn on smiley face) from her pouch. She throws the ball aimed straight at her opponents face. As the ball travels Harley releases four small balls of fire from her palms, by moving her hands from above her head to by her sides as she releases them Harley is able to send the balls in a make shift aerial square :: The top two balls follow a well planned out route which will actually cause them to miss The Joker and connect with the ball she had thrown earlier (they travel faster!). The remaining two (lower) balls of flame aimed at the knees of the clown.
( Bakuhatsu Enhogan ) – Exploding Flame Shots
Leaving the shots to travel Harley waits for the perfect moment to strike, the second her shots connect with the ball she had thrown earlier (about 1/2 way between the two of us) a huge bang fills the air and echoes through the empty space around them, she had thrown a 'bang bomb' (literally... it says bang). Slightly before the 'bang' Harley steps forward and up onto her hammer and raises an arm to the sky, she does so in an incredibly over-exaggerated fashion, secretly hoping that her opponent will merely put the movement down to her extravagant personality and nothing more, this feeling being intesified by the fact that as she hits the pose the 'bang' sounds. In reality, as she throws her hand to the sky she sends an electrical current into the air and summons a lightning bolt from the sky above and slightly behind The Jokers position (aimed down on the top of your skull), under the cover of the 'bang' and the intense bright light from the flame shots exploding on impact with the ball this lightning should remain unseen and unheard.

The Joker watched onwards as his dear harlequin murdered some unseen voice, until that moment in time he had assumed the voice was entirely in his head alone, upset by the loss of this voice he reached out for the others, but none of the one hundred and eighty seven other voices answered.
What a sad day the Joker thought to himself.
Oh, he stopped for a moment as Harley threw what appeared to be a bomb towards him followed by releasing multiple fire shots from her hand.
As she did so Joker quickly focused on his earth chakra raising a wall directly in front of the bomb and Harleys fire shots, close enough to her so when the bomb exploded prematurely (Ha!) the explosion would disorient Harley and the wall would explode in a torrent of rubble.

Following up quickly while his dear Harley is still disoriented from the explosion of the earth wall and the bomb, Joker dashes forwards leaping from the ground as multiple afterimages of himself appear with his increased movement speed, confusing Harley as the real Joker moves to her blindside just behind her and to the right, out of her peripheral vision, punching her firmly in the side of the head and the ear.
See that Harley my dear, i went a little Ike on you, hit you in the side of the head so you can cover that bruise with your hair, and all because i care..Hahaha.
Joker says this in a sing song voice tauntingly, knowing Harley will likely get very mad at this.

Forced into a state of shock as her own 'banger' is detonated mere feet from her position Harley knows she must give herself time to compose herself (as much as one as mentally unstable as herself can). Without a moments hesitations she performs a single handseal and summons two clones either side of her own body. Unaffected by the bang the clones get to work, Lefty (The clone to Harley's left) flicks one of the smoke bombs on Harley's waist, sending it down to the ground. As this happens Righty rip's the Hammer from Harley's grasp and sends it spinning violently through the air on a diagonal upward from their current position, aimed to intercept the man (whom the clone can see clearly, no disorientation and whatnot).
(Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) - Shadow Clone Technique
Smoke rising the lefty performs four hand seals and drops the ground beneath the real Harley 15 feet, with the ground dropping Righty creates a rock in the air and drops it, plugging the hole that Harley now resides in. The two clones then take up their positions on top of the rock, standing back to back and await any potential movement.
The two clones speak, simultaneously.
"Hey Mistah J! All this smoke reminds me of when we blew that bank... the people were like AHHHHH! Help! Pleaaseee!! But did you listen? NO! Because as we know, their are better way to make people smile! Pa-Pow! Pa-Pow! HA! That, is why I love you."

Good god, how fast did i jump, i swear i am seeing double.... O_O
Joker continues moving through the air, noticing the two Harley's down on the ground in front of him, and the hammer heading rapidly at his skull, reaching his hand out he grabs the hammer, spinning in a full circle keeping all the momentum of the hammer and releasing it aimed back at them, however a splitsecond before release using his earth chakra he drastically (100 times) increases the weight of the hammer, causing it to fly back at them with incredible speed and velocity.

Shadows of the hammers bearing down through the smoke, it was too late. The clones poofed, Harley Quinn learned and the ground was pretty damn f'd. As the thunderous sounds of the hammers hitting the earth echoed around her Harley (from her hole) stared upwards at the rock plugging her hole. A hammer connects, and the rock shatters. As the many small pieces of the rock fall down toward her Harley uses the wall as a boost and pushes herself off to give a better angle, with her knowledge of The Joker's rough location thanks to the clones she causes a large gust of wind to spring from her body picking up the remains of the rock as it goes and forcing them into the vicinity of the joker.
(Fūton: Boufuu oonami no Jutsu ) - Wind Release: Gale Surge Technique
Whilst the wind does it's part Harley (already elevated) creates an orb of water just above her head and slightly above ground level. Four whips of water then extend from the orb and begins to spin as they stretch out to long range of the orb.
(Suiton: Suiryūben) - Water Style: Water Dragon Whip
As she hits the ground again Harley surrounds herself in electricity and sends a bolt up into the sky, the bolt electrifies the water as it passes through the orb.

Ahh that's why i love you my dear, so resilient....You certainly have thick skin and a thick skull.
Joker drops through the air towards the ground as the real Harley shows herself, firing a large wind blast towards him with crack and shattered earth to boot.
Reacting quickly to this onslaught the clown prince of crime kneads his fire chakra in his stomach, opening his mouth releasing a compressed ball of flame that collides with the wind pushing it back in to a blazing inferno.

Watching from below as the Jokers flames engulf her wind and earth, Harley, acting quickly performs a single handseal causing the water sphere of her previous technique to lose it's form and rush up toward the flames as they travel toward her position (this would happen before you fuel the fire), after extinguishing the flames what's left of the water continues toward you (your view of this change would also be blocked by your fire).

With the flames extinguished Harley (as she falls) gets clear view of the lightning travelling toward her and creates three huge rocks around her, one beneath her feet blocking her from falling down the hole, the second above her head, between her and the lightning aimed to slow them down and the third to the right of the second. Pushing off of the first rock Harley pushes herself out of the way of the now slowed lightning and onto the flat ground once more. The remaining rock is then sent flying toward the Jokers position.

From her new position Harley watches the skies and waits to see how the Clown Prince will escape.

Joker watches as Harley's water begins to force his fire back, noticeably moving the fire back towards him, along with the obvious sounds of his fire being extinguished, simply continuing his blast of wind from here he pushes the rest of the leftover water and the large amount of steam down towards Harley's location.
The steam covers her location impairing her vision as Joker prepares his next move.

Dropping down towards the ground still the Joker takes this opportunity, opening four portals around him, flowing a gargantuan amount of Keigoku on to his own body causing his body to become a solid purple glowing mass of Keigoku as he drops back in to the open portal.

Description: The user will focus and open 4 human sized portals, one on each side of his body and a metre away from him, allowing massive amounts of Keigoku to pass through the portals and flow onto him. This large influx of chakra reacts with the symbol that every clansman has branded on them and causes it to go haywire, so to speak. Instead of projecting and guiding Keigoku, it causes the Keigoku to travel inwards, filling the user's tenketsu with keigoku, warping it's usage and causing the chakra to flow inwards, preventing Ninjutsu or genjutsu usage as long as it is active as the chakra cannot be molded correctly. As the Keigoku flows inwards, it corrupts the user at the very core, literally turning him into a solid manifestation of Keigoku, causing building damage to the user over a series of turns. Taijutsu attacks are augmented through the usage of this, adding properties of being exposed to Keigoku with each strike that lands.
Unfortunately, there are more drawbacks than benefits; the longer the user has this jutsu active, the more at risk he is of fatally harming himself from the reverted flow of chakra. If active for longer than two turns, upon deactivation the user can only use taijutsu attacks for two turns as it takes time for the user's tenketsu to start it's correct flow. The user also can not use any Keigoku techniques of S-rank and higher while this is active. While this is active, the user is vulnerable to sealing jutsus that seal away elements and/or jutsus.
The Nekura requires special training and must be Black Knight or above to utilize this jutsu. To add to this, this jutsu can only be used twice, lasting at a maximum of 3 three turns each turn with a build up period of at least 2 turns in between usage.

Silently another portal opens on the field behind Harley with the Joker leaning out and punching her violently in the lower spine secretly leaving a sealing tag on her, unknown to her as she skids away on her face.

As the steam converges on her position and blocks her view of the Joker Harley attempts to both and attack and defend in one effort, knowing the Joker will land close by she pauses for a moment before delivering a spinning kick to the air around her, as she does so she begins to create a strong wind from her body. Focusing the wind to race out from her body in a single direction and from a focused point she is able to drastically increase the speed at which she spins for the kick. As well as adding a lethal edge to her kick, the wind also works to blow the steam away from her body.

With the steam clearing, as she spins she is able to notice out of the corner of her eye The Joker emerging from a portal like hole in the ground, quickly she lowers her leg to the height on his oncoming skull and focuses her chakra harder, using the momentum from her spin and the stored up wind chakra to deliver a kick with power beyond any normal kick.
