I personally don't think he can, Sasuke+Juugo+Suigetsu+Karin all together had an extremely hard time beating him, they were all on the verge of death at least 1-2 times in that fight each. On top of that, Kakashi would struggle very hard against an ENTIRE tailed beast (that's controlled too), let alone with fighting Killer Bee before he transforms.

He doesn't have to Kamui the entire body; he could just Kamui the head, which is similar to what he attempted against the Gedō Mazō.

Yes Bee's power is too great for Kakashi to handle.
Kamui won't work since he can't Kamui Hachibis whole body into his dimension, Kakashi will die if he do that. Another way for Kakashi to strike back with Kamui is to send Hachibis head to the other space before he strikes back.
