Firstly with Naruto and Sasuke we're going to compare their personality.

For me Naruto can act immature and can considered to be disrespectful to others. (I.e the 2nd Hokage unimpressed by Naruto's addressing him as old man. Saying this however Naruto does have a friendly personality and easy to get on well with, just look at how many friends he has. He is also a very determined character and pretty much effects everyone around him.

Sasuke on the other hand is a mature type of person and have does show respect to higher ups. He is already near man hood (his character) Addressing the Hokage's as Hokage's. The only problems with him are that he isn't very friendly and seems a cold, strict type of person. He however does take things seriously.

Naruto would be but considered young and naive as a hokage. Probably wouldn't enjoy paper work and hate working.

It's his personality, and the 2nd Hokage is possibly the only one actually affected. Tsunade, Onoki, Rubber Guy, Hiruzen, Eight Tails & Killer Bee, none of them have a problem with it.

1. the difference between inspiring someone one and manipulating is the murkiest possible line. While Kakashi and Iruka didn't manipulate for their selfish purposes like Tobi and Orochimaru did, they inspired him to be loyal to a village that loathed him. For me, this is manipulation at its finest.

2. incorrect. Naruto believed him. Kakashi had to warn him not tell people until they confirmed Tobi's facts. even in the panel you showed Naruto calls it the "truth" not lies or just story. So he believed it at least a little. His instant reaction was to believe it.

It would be like what was originally suppose to happen at Hashirama's time, Madara becoming Hokage and Hashirama as the right hand man. But as for village to be taken advantage of.... After Naruto..... I doubt anyone would have the balls to f*ck with a god.
