That giant for sure doesn't have any of the 3 haki. He ended up much like Dorry when Luffy headbutt Dorry's stomach. Still Dorry bared Luffy's headbutt.

That giants strong enough to seemingly travel w/o other giants in the new world, its possible he does have or could have it and is most definitly stronger imo than Dorry. Don't forget Luffys a heck of a lot stronger now.

You're right. That giant at the Colosseum (Hajrudin) for sure is stronger than Dorry and Broggy. He looks like Dorry too.

Luffy wouldn't need to use Gear2 on Hajrudin if Hajrudin wasn't that strong.

However, since Chinjao said that there are many Haoshoku Haki users for Luffy to meet. An Elbaf Haoshoku user is a must bound to happen. It will be like a huge sonic wave that destroys inner ear.
