Samehada is simply drawn to people with large chakra reserves. It barely classifies as a type of sensing.

He said " But my blade just loves powerful chakra" no where, ever does it say that this is not sensing, nor does it ever say that it is limited to powerful chakra's .... Ok but SM sensing isn't real sensing either yet it still works fine, this would still be able to sense the amertarasu

Him mentioning that his sword loves powerful chakra and that it picked up B's scent means that it can pick up the scent of powerful chakra just like what was stated. Nothing else was stated besides this. This is what the manga clearly says in every translation you have brought.

Clearly it'll know to absorb (If the absorption isn't already automatic in itself) when its touching that chakra. It doesn't need to sense chakra to absorb it, now you are just making things up to prove your point.

Fact of the matter is even if Kisame gets hit by Amaterasu, it will not kill him...

Amaterasu does not instantly burn them, Samehada WILL absorb it, even though it may not like it, plus Itachi is there and he has shown the ability to extinguish Amaterasu.

Sasuke will be forced to use Susanoo early due to Itachi's amaterasu, whereas Itachi probably won't as he has backup.
With a Susanoo up he's a target for Samehada, which will get absorbed...Without Susanoo for defence he is prone to getting a Ama or Totsuka to the face.

Any jutsu Sasuke has can be countered by Itachi and Kisame, Itachi knows every one of his own moves and Kisame can absorb every single one of them.

Whats Sasukes counter for Great Shark Bullet?
-Kirin would get absorbed and charge it with electricity, making it even more deadly.
-Aoda would get destroyed by it.
-Susanoo would get absorbed and hit Sasuke.
-Amaterasu would get absorbed, supercharging it.

Whats Sasukes counter for Water Dome?
-Kisamehada will absorb Susanoo
-Aoda would drown
Kisame wouldn't worry about Itachi , as he can swim in another direction, but TBH Kisame slaughtered how many Kirigakure ninja.. He wouldn't think twice about killing Itachi to kill Sasuke.

What can Sasuke do to protect himself when he is battling with Itachi in genjutsu and Kisame comes to attack him?

1. Genjutsu: Itachi's genjutsu is far above Sasuke's and don't even get me started on the whole "but Sasuke broke out of his genjutsu". Wrong! Itachi had no intention of ever killing Sasuke at that point.

2. Amaterasu: won't be an issue because Itachi's got susano'o ...

3. Susano'o: you may say that Sasuke's got a better susano'o, but in fact, Itachi's is still better due to the weapons. The blade can seal and the shield is stated to repel ALL attacks, meaning that Sasuke's susano'o won't be able to scratch Itachi's.

4. Izanami: This has a very high chance of working against Sasuke. Worst case scenario, Itachi uses it.

5. KA: Same.

And this is all without Kisame even getting involved. Itachi is a very strong opponent against someone like Sasuke.

There are three simple points to show you Sasuke broke out of Tsukuyomi..​

Point A: Itachi intentions were to push Sasuke to his limits and in order to do that...he needed to use the Tsukuyomi on Sasuke to show the Uchiha Clan Massacre but Sasuke surprisingly broke through the Genjutsu(Tsukuyomi) and Itachi was shocked Sasuke did just a thing(which he had no reason to lie about it)​

You know Sasuke's Current Susanoo is the same size as Naruto's Kurama Cloak(which is the same size as Bijuus)....right?....Sasuke's new Susanoo is at least 2 or 3 times bigger than Itachi's Susanoo(which he can easily now overpower him with his new huge Sowrd....Itachi will not only be far out-matched at power-wise...his Totsuka Blade is meanless since he doesn't have any destructive power to break a normal Susanoo(let alone Sasuke's new Susanoo) and his Totsuka Blade needs to pierce through the object or the person in order to seal them and he can't do that to Sasuke do to his Susanoo defence......his Yata Mirror is impressive but it can't go 360 degree and needs to keep his Susanoo up in order to do this but his Chakra and Stamina won't allow him to do that....​

Izanami is completely useless against in a battle like this...​

1.Izanami would take for a very long to pre·pare for the Jutsu...even if Kisame happens to give that much to Itachi to pre·pare the Jutsu.....either Kisame would be killed(or slaughtered in this case) or Kisame happens to lucky in giving Itachi a little more time if Sasuke happens to play with him first(that's if Sasuke happens to decide that)​

2.Izanami only works against those who don't accept their true self and Sasuke who he truly along time ago....you're welcome to prove me wrong though​

Itachi is strong but not as strong as you're making him up to be....the current Sasuke is above Itachi without a doubt and you need to get that through your thick skull​
