I don't think they are equal in speed. Netero seemed faster. Even Neferpitou seemed like a snail compared to him. Although she got defeated by Gon, they were around the same speed. Other than that i agree with your analysis

Yeah i should have used it. In the Zoldyck family the only one who can come close to defeat him is probably Zeno. Zeno's grandfather was stronger as well in his prime according to Zeno(he said Netero was the only one who rivalled his grandfather)
