The juubi aint bad but selfish, just as kurama was before Madara turned him to hate, the Juubi is just being controlled by obito because if he was conscious, seeing kurama and gyuki on the shinobi side i don't he would be fighting against them.

Actually no .... only Kaguya's chakra belonged directly to Jubi, everyone else was born with their own type Chakra which though stemming from Jubi is not rightfully Jubi's .... Think of a this way: A man steal a fruit from a rich man's Garden and uses the seed a tree whose fruits are used by the thief's sons to make build a garden of their own .... then does the garden and everything belong to the Rich man and the thief's children pay for it? No .... only Kaguya is answerable, not anyone else. Also the lives of the Shinobi doesnt belong to the Jubi either.

Over that we are missing something ..... following the story: counting the Sage after his birth, there were only two people who could use Chakra, but why Jubi didnt or cldnt attempt to get his Chakra back from Kaguya herself but terroried other fodder people? OR How could someone with a fraction of Jubi's power solo him? ...... I think the answer lies in the fact that Jubi's Chakra is infact Senjutsu type chakra which is very different from the normal human chakra these days. It is more likely that Humans had the potential for chakra from the begining ..... Sage discovered the way to activate it, as seemingly being deprived of chakra kills a human which suggests that the chakra is inherent part of that human.

selfish she takes chakra peace bearly lasts then war erupts again juubi comes down to rage her son beats juubi teaches jutsu and more war but now more chaotic than before cause everyone has chakra and jutsu
