what if the uchiha are the only ones who could counter the infinite tsukuyomi and that was the true intention of Obito/Madara in having them Killed? that would make Sasuke the only one left who could counter it with Izanami or some sort of Uchiha technique, for which he will have to sacrifice himself, or his eyes. hmm

Nah, the Uchiha were killed because they were planning on taking over the village, Itachi just merely asked Tobi for his help. If u read the manga, were Itachi tells Sasuke his story you'll see it there.
And to counter the infinite tsukuyomi just dont look at the moon lol, but im sure there are other ways, we'll just have to wait those 15minutes or so.

It makes sense, honestly. The only reason Obito hasn't taken out Madara and Sasuke yet, might be because he is to busy taking care of the Alliance and the plan. If he succeed in his plan, he will only have to worry about Sasuke and Madara if they are able to counter it. Also, I saw someone mention that you can counter the Genjutsu by not looking at the moon, I think this is wrong. As I do think that the Infinite Tsukuyomi affects all the senses of a person, not just their eyes.

I think its more likely that a Jin. can counter the Genjutsu. ( Which is something they didn't plan with, since they planned that all the Jin.s would be gone by the time the plan got to this level.

No, he could have taken Sasuke out during the time he joined akatsuki if he needed the uchihas dead for his plan.

Perhaps Naruto's kyyubi chakra can snap the alliance out of the genjutsu. Most of them still have their cloaks but that is a long shot.

Well I think killer bee may die but I don't want him to, the reason for that is setup. Naruto needs to be the last jinchuirki in my opinion but what is important is the emphasis on Sasuke and Naruto vs final villain. We are getting the initial setup as of the ending of the last chapter to the final battle. I think how someone said above the infinite tsukiyomi effects all senses I think Sasuke will be able to resist because he has the EMS which could be unique who knows it could be a totally unextinquishable light even through the great genjutsu plus Sasuke is an Uchiha and technically a direct descendant of the God Tree. Naruto has the ability to let natural energy in him and has kurama to snap him out of all genjutsu which even though Naruto would probably be totally absorbed into the genjutsu kurama will still be awake then it will be naruto and Sasuke vs whoever in the infinite tsukiyomi world.
