As someone said; Tsunade & Sakura are trained medic.
Thats could means that both Tsunade & Sakura (& other medic) are using their own chakra to heal.
Karin was giving chakra directly from her body.
Also, Hashimara could heal himself without using hands to heal...

Suigetsu is 'water' type bloodline.
As such, human body contained 80% of water.
Orochimaru knew that Suigetsu was needed to heal (join) Tsunade body.

Kishi is using science.. This is very Interesting....

Naw. I don't see her being better then Tsunade. She can't heal herself yet so how in the world could she even be better then Sakura.

She's better than Sakura in healing one person. Sakura couldn't have healed Tsunade, just like she can't heal Shikamaru now.

Try recall the past where Pein attacked Konoha.
Tsunade went into coma.
When she recover, she eat and eat & eat, to gain back her chakra.

Yeah, I agree that Suigetsu played a key role in healing Tsunade, and I mentioned it in my post. But this isn't the point of the thread, the point is that Sakura and Tsunade can't heal people in Shikamaru's condition, while Karin will just let him bite her and he'll regenerate his chakra. If Karin didn't arrived, he would've die, but now I believe that she'll save him, something that only she can do.

She still can't touch them in medical ninjutsu i would hardly call her a medical ninja. This is her thing that she has always had though so she has to be good at it.

For the record, Tsunade and Sakura both know how to do chakra transfer. I don't really know how Karin's is more efficient but we will find out. Karin saving shika would be another feat for her book which is reletively flat so i'm always up for that.

Agreed.
Shikamaru is physical weak, due to his using brain to focus (from the past chapters, too).
Karin chakra is the best option to regain his mind conscious.
Just like what she gave to Sasuke during the fight with Danzo.
Physical strength is regain by chakra.
Just like Tsunade was eat & eat to regain her strength, part of chakra.
Medic not necessary..

In terms of medical knowledge and application, she's not on their level. However, I always thought Karin has great potential as a medical nin; I actually like her character. Though due to Sakura's destined greatness as the best medical nin ever, I doubt Karin will ever be on her level.

If Karin could utilize her medical Jutsu to cover a wider variety of people with minimal setbacks to her chakra.. Karin might = Tsunade.

You're comparison is wrong from the start because Karin does not heal, so to speak, being an Uzumaki, she basically gives from her life-force/chakra. But in terms of healing the wounds, she cannot. If you remember, when Sasuke was hurt in the Hachibi fight, she could only feed him her chakra, but Juugo needed to transfer him some of his cells/flesh whatever to get him back alive.
Whereas, both Tsunade and Sakura, via their medical ninjutsu, not only they transfer chakra, but they heal the physical wounds as well as proved by latest chapters [in Sakura's case]

I honestly don't care who is better than who but since I like Karin funny attitude, I'll root for Karin is stronger in the medical, in her own unique ways, seeing most people completely just left that out.

I don't think Orochimaru would let Karin come with him, if she wasn't much. She obviously has more to her.

You are aware that Tsuande is on a level of her, own and he possess both Uzumaki and Senju DNA in her. And didn't Sakura replenish naruto's chakra when she healed him, as well as when she heal the army, she refilled all of there chakra and showed no signs of fatigue.

nope by manga Tsunade is best medic and sakura will be next...! Karin may be good but manga won't allow her to do any better than other two...
