I thought about this
I am guessing around 9
first two chapters establishing the efforts of everyone else to believe in them and the initial counter attack with panels shots of people talking about faith and regret maybe their own personal regrets and the like.
chapters three and four sasuke and naruto have a deep conversation maybe through words or actions though this convo or exchange will lead directly into why they will or what they will fight for in this battle and the battle between them in the near future with some contrasting with madara and hashirama dishing out how they really feel about each other and the events they caused far down the line.madara revealing exactly how he plans to use hermit mode to enact his plan.
chapters 5 and 6 deal with the continuing clash.tsukuyomo starts visibly covering the moon to the point everyone takes notice and hopes against the clock with another clash between sasuke, naruto.juubito that reveals the final plan for taking down juubito (Doesn't have to be the exact plan but the plan everyone thinks will work)
chapters 7 and 8 is when the plan is put into motion. The moon is overcome juubito asks one more time for the resistance to end madara enacts his plan (It fails ?) naruto and sasuke come up with or realize the solution and attempt to make the real final stand
chapter 9 deals with the actual event of the plan being foiled or it goes through and the next couple of chapters deal with each individuals own take while under the genjustu or falling into the genjustu.
znd it turns out he genjustu is as strong as how many people fall under it ? If so then it would really paint a picture of unity and give a sense that the alliance as a whole really was the key to ending the genjustu
As you can see there not bold and thoroughly thought out ideas just an over cap of the grand scheme of the chapters
