Strangers all around. It wasn't more difficult trying to recognize people. Now that being gone for so long, I was surprised. The road back to Konohagakure was supposed to be quiet.. and unnoticed. However, fate had chosen otherwise.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: Danzo and Kakashi bios activate the Sharingan by removing the covers in their respective eyes and suffer a +10 chakra consumption per turn penalty
Note: The user is bound by the abilities and limits of the stage of sharingan he possesses, stated in the rules of the KG.

The Uchiha kid wasn't weak. Neither he was strong enough. A simple hand seal was all I did to bring him into the darkness. He was an Uchiha, no doubt, but he wasn't prepared for such strength. I set it simple; taking him into the darkness and a moment later throw 3 wind infused shurikens near the knee level, making it nearly impossible to track and block. Also, due to Genjutsu specialty, I can perform genjutsu faster. The time for the second technique is also almost a maximum of 5 seconds.

Forgive me: that genjutsu is really strong.

Sasuke watches the man, and then all of a sudden, everywhere becomes pitch black, sasuke ponders on what it could be, he turn to left and right but couldn't see a thing. Sasuke realizes that he could feel as he touches his eyes and rubs them, sasuke realizes that he could hear, as the sound of wind is being made(this is where you start to infuse your shurikens with wind), sasuke wonders why he could hear and feel but not see, after waying all his options his mind wonders of to genjutsu, sasuke realizes that he had been caught in a genjutsu therefore sasuke brings his hands and does one hand seal, halting his chakra and sending a surge of chakra through it, causing him to break out of the genjutsu.
I hate genjutsu. Reminds me of that......

Chant. The effectiveness of this technique is dependent upon the skill of the user. A Jounin rank ninja can dispel
Genjutsu up to C-rank. An S-class ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to B-rank. A Sannin rank ninja can dispel
Genjutsu up to A-rank. A Sage rank user can dispel Genjutsu up to S-Rank. The user may use this technique
through physical contact on others to dispel them from Genjutsu. The technique can only be used once per turn and
the user still needs to fully follow the logic as to why he figured out it was an illusion.
Sasuke breaks out of the genjutsu just in time, cause the wind coated shurikens are coming at him, and due to wind its traveling fast, sasuke then forms a single hand seal and from his mouth he releases a large blast of wind, the wind blast is powerful enough to cancel out the shurikens and head at sasuke's opponent.

The kid escaped from the genjutsu; not unexpected.Observing the actions of the Uchiha, I simply place my hands on the ground, creating a square hole around him, 20 meters deep and about 10 meters in length. It would absorb the wind blast, much causing the earth to fall towards him.

Sasuke releases his wind, but apparently his opponent anticipated his actions and made the earth where he(sasuke stands) stands begins to fall, as sasuke starts to fall, he brings his hands together and formed a single hand seal, and from his mouth which he pointed towards the falling ground, sasuke releases water, which then becomes a large volume of water, with so much pressure that it pushes sasuke into the air, and also the volume of water is so Much that it fills up the whole that his opponent made, and was enough to flood the battle field with great force.

sasuje stands on the water(which is basically the battle field) but sasuke stands on the water area that has filled the whole made, sasuke brings his hands together and forms a single hand seal(water speciality) sasuke creates a dragon made of water, he then uses the dragon to attack his opponent.

Darkness. It was a second before something hit me from the inside. It was him .I screamed; the pain the heart was getting worse. It lasted a second but gave the pain of eternity. I soon regained myself to see the Uchiha release water and was approaching almost 20meters. Immediately, I perform a small sequence of handseals and place my hand to the ground, releasing enormous bolts of electricity towards him just as he rises to the surface level. It would cause massive electrocution to the Uchiha's body.

It causes devastating destruction on its way and generates enough heat and power to destroy whatever it comes into contact with.

Sasuke spits out the large volume of water which raises him higher and higher into the air and from the whole, as sasuke reaches the original ground surface, where his opponent stands, sasuke us alerted to the sound of lightning, he stops his release of the water and stands on the water surface of the newly created water source, he stands by focusing chakra to his feet, he watches as his opponent slams his hands on the and the lightning released tear apart the ground as it comes for sasuke, sasuke reacts immediately by releasing chakra through his feet to make a high jump(as stated in the jutsu), as sasuke is safe in the air, the water source he was standing on becoming electrocuted by the lightning, and sasuke releases 3 giant fire balls from his mouth aimed at his opponent.
you won't get rid of me that easily, the real battle is only beginning.

After releasing the fire, sasuke lands back on the water surface, as he lands he forms a single hand seal, causing a dragon of water to emerge at his left side, the water dragon is created from the Water source, sasuke then sends the water dragon to attack his opponent.

How very immature..

It had won. The soul deep inside my own broke free as I lost control. All I could do was see through my eyes. I could feel my hands move and perform a single hand seal, that would cause three spheres of water to emerge from my mouth; hitting the flames in the way and creating a misty surrounding. As you are in mid-air and will ultimately fall to the electrocuted water, He puts you into an illusion almost the instant, giving the impression that a snake has emerged from below you to bind you and make you lose your control. Without wasting another moment, he creates two shadow clones.
