Nah. See my first post. It's a rock paper scissors between Katsuyu, Ibuse, Manda and the Dog.

See, Manda can't be poisoned by Ibuse most probably but it can't kill Katsuyu or the dog.

Katsuyu can't kill the Dog and probably not Ibuse either, but it can kill Manda.

Dog can kill Manda and Katsuyu, but not Ibuse.

Animal Path's multi-headed Dog would probably outlast them while the others are also fighting between each other and injuring/killing. Also that thing is probably hardest to kill among them due to splitting/merging.

I would go as far as to say that the Animal Path's Hound could take all the others at the same time...

I would do except for the fact that not everyone in the thread agrees it'd win. And if I remove/nerf the cerburus then it just means that another summon wins just as hard.

Only Katsuya and Cerberus can't be killed by enma, but they could potentially be killed by someone else while enma camps Diamond Pole form.

Strong enough to push back the kyuubi
can transform into multiple staff to form shapes
Can partially transform to grapple or attack while attacking
Can extend to incredible lengths
Can swimg himself hard enough to smash mokuton
Did I mention Diamond hard to the point that he couldn't get scratched by kusanagi? He only felt pain from it? Yea...
Oh, And diamond hard

There's no other summoning which such a good lineup of feats. The closest to being the best summoning is Cerebus because of splitting and immortality. But unlike enma, all these other summonings can't fight on a human and bijuu level easily

Blind Golems and Giant Spider are fodder. They are basically large chunins, that's it. Clam has no really liable offenses. Turtoise is immense fodder. Sickle Weasel is fodder. Ibuse was only good because Hanzo was an immense strategist. Comes down to the toads v. Enma and the multi-headed dog, and the multi-headed dog wins.

What's blunt force gonna' do to Katsuyu? She tanked CT, CST, etc.

The dog? It will split.

Manda will just dodge it.

That's nice and all, but he can't kill Katsuyu or the multi headed dog.

The threats to Enma are Ibuse, the blind golems (they suck chakra right) and Katsuyu, and well anyone if he ever comes out of diamond pole form. And I'd question how he'd fair Bunta or Kichi coming after him with their tantos.

The threats to Cerebus are Ibuse, the blind golems and Katsuyu.
That said sense the blind golems obviously get fodderized their not of import. Ibuse will last long enough to play with the big boys but then it's over. It's susceptible to damage, it's not as big as the sannin summons. So it can't through it's weight around and it has one attack which Danzo's Baku would deal with in a heartbeat and kill itself in the process. Or most things would just avoid, and then Ibuse has to wait a decent period to refill his poison and at that point he's screwed. Manda would go underground and snack him.
