That's why there is the memory loss and no one remembers the sages family or anything about the god tree.

But then he was forced to kill his family, because if he didn't, a lot more than just the uchiha clan would die, hence why his is an advanced tsukyiomi, which is a world all his own a way to make peace ( he certainly didn't use it that way, atleast that we saw, we saw only its combat use)
Obito Uchiha- Another easy one. His Mangekyou was unlocked after seeing his rival/friend kill the love of his life. He gets the power to escape to his own dimension.
