I truly hope so!! Honestly that would be the most epic battle in all of Naruto. I can totally see the entire project of Madara and Obito's crumbling after Naruto and Sasuke take them down and see the Shinju go on a rampage!!
(I highly doubt that the Shinju's eye was being reflected upon the moon every day prior to Kaguya eating the fruit. I mean c'mon!? That would have had to have a total eysore for the longest time!)
I can totally see the Shinju looking away from the moon and pointing it's eye at Naruto and Sasuke and rapidly firing Bijuu bombs like how Obito did in Chapters 643-644 only being much larger a thousand times more powerful.
Remember, this is the very menace that Hagomoro Otsutsuki (Sage of the Six Paths) fought one on one. I would love to see Naruto and Sasuke try and take on the Shinju when it breaks free of Madara and Obito. With the final fight being Naruto and the Shinju battling against each other one on one. After all Naruto is the reincarnation of the Hagomoro Otsutsuki. The Bijuu even acknowledged that one. Naruto is the only one who stands a chance against his old nemesis, the Shinju!!!
