Not really. in my mind anyway, Sasuke didn't attack because he had the cloak. He attacked because no else was going to attack.
it's my understand that the cloak just gives you a lot of chakra. It still takes skill to create jutsu. Sasuke's new Sussano was produced because of his skill. the cloak is just the fuel, whereas Sasuke is the one driving the car. It was Sasuke who created that Sussano with legs, not the cloak.

NO, Sasuke is an Uchiha who mastered the MS and worked on the black flames and Sussano. In fact, Sasuke mastered the black flames better than anyone. He didn't do so all of a sudden. First he just shoots black flames and then he learns who to put them out and then he learns how to create a shield out of them. Sasuke worked to earn different levels of Sussano. He didn't just get it in his fight with Killer Bee. He earned his prowess with the MS and EMS.

Seriously, you think Sasuke can't do anything without Naruto's charka. Sasuke defeated a lot of ninjas without the cloak by using tactics, such as Deidara, Orochimaru, and Danzo.

I'm not bashing Naruto, at all because I know he's good with his own chakra. It doesn't change the fact that it isn't his chakra Sasuke's using. You can believe what you want.

Some jutsu can't be put to execution without immense chakra ---> Just like the Infinite Illusion. Of course Susanoo is something Saské was already able to do but it's strength and size is multiplied.

Kurama's Chakra exchange is thanks to naruto and the ability for him to Mix his chakra with kurama's.

Sasuke has naruto's chakra mixed in with the kyuubi's thus creating that chakra cloak.

If you want to ignore manga facts then i can't help you.

Yes Naruto is stronger than Sasuke right now. But even if people are "overrating him" I don't think the right response to it all is saying "Naruto's the main character and it's based on him" to counteract it.

Plot made him wear and use that cloak to at least be useful but I'd like to see his true potential. He's about to show some nice feat so I guess they won't be too solid considering the huge advantage of the cloak.

The cloak did turn people like Kakashi from fodder to solo king.
