We all know that Sasuke's going to be getting at least a few chapters to show off his Susano'o before the next improvement . Any doubt the base has on him not being on par with the Uzumaki should be wiped away right now.

It's not a Perfect Susano'o quite yet; It's one of the steps prior to it. Basically, it confirms that Sasuke will obtain Perfect Susano'o, and now he has a Susano'o that can maneuver more easily. I'd say he's officially above DSM Kabuto.

DSM Kabuto, was on my list prior to this at a sixth spot. His move set was easily able to defeat or capture most shinobi.
