Sasuke's Imperfect Susanoo [which now has legs] is thanks to Naruto's Chakra!!

This screenshot suggests that sasuke isn't using naruto's kyuubi power. He says he is just getting started which means he will showcase his true powers from now on as if he was holding back all this time.

Also in the pic below, you can see there is NO essence of kyuubi chakra on susano :

Even here you can see, kyuubi chakra is just resting inside susano.

If sasuke was using kyuubi's power , kyuubi's chakra should have surrounded around susano or maybe a color change would be there since two chakra are combining together.

As none of this happened , it is quite obvious now that sasuke didn't use kyuubi chakra yet.

I think when sasuke uses kyuubi chakra with his susano, something like this

Actually it did change.

You can see it is clear she was using kyuubi chakra.

Secondly, hinata does not use any kind of chakra cloaks so she does not have change of appearance in the first place.
she is not combining two forms of chakra, so there would be no change of appearance since there is no different appearance initially.

The only change in appearance would be that , she have a kyuubi cloak around her which is different than her normal mode.

Also i would like to add, she mentioned her base power getting increased after getting kyuubi chakra.
Kakashi also mentioned that when he used the kyuubi's power.

I don't see sasuke mentioning anything of that sort.

You can see it is clear she was using kyuubi chakra here, which is why those bubbles were formed to show that chakra is resonating and being used (unlike sasuke) .

The chakra cloak doesn't give you new powers. All it does is enhance existing ones, like Hinata. She used her basic Hakke Kushou but it was much stronger. It didn't allow her to use the higher version her dad was using. It's a no brainer that Sasuke's susano is more powerful with the kyubi cloak but it doesn't make much sense for the cloak to unlock a higher stage of Susano just like that

Likewise they can use weapons either a sword of an arrow, because its essentially chakra being manipulated.

So yes you can say that sasuke alone doesn't have the chakra to form a complete susano with legs and needs a boost.

Or you can say, kurama's shroud acted as a catalyst or should i say jump started Sasuke's potential. Meaning though yes he needed the shroud for his complete susano, it merely awakened it, meaning once awakened he can use it now regardless of the shroud.

I am backing the latter because i find it hard to believe that sasuke will always need the shroud to activate susano with legs. What we are finally seeing is the first stage of sasuke's much needed development and it has started with a mini susanoo with legs

That's what I said earlier, now that he awakened it he can do it w/out the cloak in the future but he required Naruto's Chakra to activate it for the first time U_U
