Vegeta surpassed Goku, that's my boy right there

Just watched the movie, it was awesome. I can't believe some people are giving it overly negative reviews, saying it's childish. It's DB not Death Note or Code Geass, what did you expect :dead:

Anyway.. I loved seeing Vegeta fighting Bills when SSJ3 Goku couldn't do shit ahah. My only concern with the movie is the lack of opponents, I feel the others should have fought more, maybe Bills' minions or something. But overall ? HOLY SAIYANS!!

Anyone who says its childish has never watched dragonball it was much closer to the first 18 volumes rather then "Z"

Not to mention it was stated to be cannon in between 323 and 324.
So obviously nothing was going to change majorly for any of the characters since we know exactly where they would be almost a decade down the line.


And i think it is also important to note that more then half of the people on this base were not even old enough to form a sentence when the last move was released so they hardly have the expertise or the knowledge to compare a dragonball z movie to say the anime of today.

Well, it was surprising but Vegeta is a genius and to be fair he deserved it. You know Goku and Vegeta are the two strongest right ?

You realize Gohan had the most potential out of any of them? Then Vegeta gets some ass pull power up because his wife gets smacked.

I agree on the potential part, Pre-Buu Gohan was awesome. But about vegeta, it's not some ass pull power up, that's how saiyans work. Don't you remember Gohan powering up when he was a kid (when Vegeta attacked) because he was angry ?

haha well the source of saiyan energy is often when they get mad. Vegeta is always mad and this probably tipped him off the scales. Bills probably wasn't expecting Vegeta to get more powerful. Kinda like that moment in Pokemon where someones pokemon evolves in mid battle and turns the battle around.

I actually like God Mode. The peaceful transformation and the fiery aura. It was nice. Let's hope Toriyama starts working on a follow up. That 12 universes seems like a good start
