We dont know izuna ms skills or other jutsu but he was defeated by tobirama.izuna maybe got an surprise attack fwhile fighting other senjus.however edo tobirama skill and intelligent during the war arc seem worthy enough to fight a uchiha .do u think tobirama being an edo tesnsi allow him to fight better than when he was alive?

I would say him being Edo makes him less attentive. However now that he knows he can die he is back to his old self in terms of reaction and staying alert considering has not been touched since realizing edo tensei can die as well. I would have to say he truly is worthy of effectively beating Izuna 1v1. Besides from the manga scan of him killing izuna it looked like S/t sword slashed was his triumph card and it took Izuna by surprise
