For the record, I would've been pissed too if I'd have seen that before I watched the episode, but then again I wouldn't have came before I watched it, just because of that reason.

Anyways, I think Walt knew there were cops with Skyler. That's why he said what he said, so that she wouldn't indict him to the police. Or just to get even with her, if she had already done so. Calling Skyler *****? Well maybe that came from the heart but everything after that what he said about Hank and how he emphasized himself being the "King" of the whole show was kinda creepy. There could be some meaning behind all that, other than being just angry..dunno.

Good episode. I mean wow. Shocked me probably just as much or even more than that one episode from GoT season 3.

Lots of average things can get hyped. Crowd mentality made stuff like The Dark Knight and Dragonball Z apparently flawless and outside of criticism. I'd just be disappointed to start a series then find out it's one of those situations.

Walking Dead and Game of Thrones don't interest me remotely but Breaking Bad and Dexter are both on Netflix to watch whenever. Would you recommend Breaking Bad? Hype or no hype I can always give something a shot and react later. I find drug dealing a really gross and unappealing topic but i've heard it's not really about that at all. I'm interested.

Yeah it's not at all just about drug selling. It's about despair and how far a normal person can and will go for his family and what are the consequences. It's really a psychological roller coaster and get's darker and more intense the more seasons you watch. It makes you question your own ethics and say "would I do that in that situation?". It's probably not at all what you would expect from a drug drama. On top of all that the acting is great. Ofcourse that's just my opinion.

I'll give it a shot. It's just after anime and all the shows I watch, i'm so not used to 45-60 minute long episodes, they make me sleeeeep. I started Dexter and got about 6 episodes in before becoming bored, have you watched that?

I haven't watched Dexter. But more than anything Breaking Bad is drama. It has a lot of thriller elements in it and some action, but it's mostly about character development and dealing with extreme circumstances. And at first it's kinda slow advancing but the pace fastens as the show moves forward.

If I remember correctly Dexter is also thriller/drama so it could be that that kind of tv isn't your style.
