Personality:
Cullen Bohannon is a rugged, stone-cold southerner. He shows great pride for his homeland, and is also extremely proud of his involvement in the war, fighting for his homeland and the southern way of life. Bohannon, as many southerners are, is well mannered, but also, as some people describes him, an "insufferable ass"; due in part to his pride and prejudice. Bohannan also is suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder, or as he describes it, "the soldier's heart". He is battle hardened and very skilled with weapons. He also commonly indulges in vast quantities of alcohol, namely whiskey.

Background Info
History:
Bohannon is believed to have been raised by a wealthy southern family in the midst of Kumogakure. He grew up in Kumogakure for most of his life. Due to war happening Bohannons parents were both killed, Bohannon knew it had to leave that place. He couldn't live such a place no longer. Bohannon sets out to wreak his revenge on the ninjas responsible for his parents death.
A long time passes, Bohannon left that place and journeyed to where ever he could, while he was walking he thought he should learn a few skills to keep him safe if anything happens, so he learnt how to become a ninja, teaching himself all he needed too. He trained for years to master what he has today. One day while playing around with the two elements lighting and water he made this weird beam. He was confused about what just happened, didn't think much of it at time.
Then he thought more and more about what happen that time ago, so he did some research about it, and found out it was a Kekki Genkai named storm release. He studied everything you need to know about this element, and come to decide that he wanted to master this...
The path had lend him towards this huge gate, later known as the village hidden in the leafs. The Hokage of the village let Bohannon in, and Bohannon stayed and become one of the leaf ninjas, he still kept to himself. But while he was staying at Konoha he found someone who was going to teach him, Storm release this mans name was; Coyote. Bohannon mastered it, and now uses it in battles.
