Any editing video software would work, since youll just put something on it. The only that hard was the timing

Sorry but this help isn't useful because the software that can merge subtitles with videos/movies you need to pay. You can get it for free but your subtitles get messed up if you know what i mean.

Download vlc, find the subtitle file for the movie you want to watch, open up the movie with dlc, under video it says subtitles, click there & find the subtitle file and choose it, thats it. xD

PS. are you going to watch dbz battle of gods ? XD

I have Camtasia Studio, and you can add captions to the video and it's basically subtitles. Just do that, and make it so it only stays on the screen for as long as the sentence you're adding.

The thing is, i've tried that but VLC player dosen't actually merge the subtitles into the Movie so it can stay there.

Yes, i've watched Battle of Gods but with the VLC method you just told be now. Just struggling to combine the subtitles into the Movie.

A torrent you downloaded?

No. This is what i downloaded.

Very good quality but the Movie was without subtitles so i downloaded the subs separately. Just need to merge it together but nothings working.

Refer to this:
That's no help because that won't merge the subtitles with the Movie properly.

Does that properly merge the subtitles with the Movie though?

You're probably doing it wrong.

The guide to playback is in the same link he provided.

MPC-HC is pretty convenient. Forgot if this applies only just to .mkv's
