Kisame is a bad matchup for itachi. When kisame fights inside waterdome, he doesn't need to use his eyes because he can sense underwater, so tsukuyomi is useless.

Even kabuto avoided tsukuyomi by simply using a hood and closing his eyes.

As for amaterasu kisame can easily dodge this underwater because he moves alot faster underwater and itachi cant really see underwater so it'll be hard for itachi to literally look at kisame underwater and use amaterasu on him, its blurry to see anything underwater without goggles. And water is heavy so amaterasu isn't going to be as fast.

Even if amatersu hits kisame he can absorb it with samehada, amaterasu is chakra based so samehada can absorb it IF it hits kisame.

Finally susano, this is useless. madara used susano and he was standing on the ground and gaara's sand still got to him underground to grab madara and pulled him out of susano. If sand can get through susano then i'm sure WATER can get through susano and still drown itachi. Yata mirror cant stop itachi from drowning and totsuke blade is useless too if itachi can't see good underwater and kisame can move faster underwater to avoid. Susano even has a limit while kisame doesn't get tired.

Itachi has no way to beat kisame when he fuses with samehada.
