2) Her fight with him was her wasting energy keeping him alive, and eventually both him and her alive (via Kaidou)

3) She seemingly rarely uses her Bankai because it melts the flesh of those close enough... all she'd have to do is start that, but not heal Zaraki.

Yea zaraki is the strongest now he has always been stronger than her she just brought his real power plus he has shikai power now so yea he the strongest..unohana probly not stronger than shinji or kyoraku for that matter.
