Bored. If you disagree, feel free to criticise so long as you're not 'trolling'. Fusions count. This is excluding Battle Of Gods because I haven't seen it but if you wish to include it in yours, feel free 
I don't remember much about the Hirudegarn movie so I'm not including him. The time is the end of the Buu Saga when Goku kills Buu.
Anyway:
1. Vegito - Imo, he beats Gogeta although people always debate about this. He beats Gogeta due to Gogeta's time limit. Gogeta has shown a pretty sweet move but I'm sure Vegito also knows it and I think it only purifies evil in someone (hence why the tank boy wasn't killed). Old Kai also said Potara fusion was better (I can't remember if he said stronger or more effective but either way works) than fusion dance.
2. Gogeta - Pretty much Gogeta with a time limit. Maybe a bit weaker depending on what the Old Kai meant.
3. Super Buu w/ Gotenks, Piccolo & Gohan absorbed - Gohan and Gotenks are both stronger than Goku, Piccolo's power level would probably be between Goku's base form and SSJ or maybe equal to his base form. Super Buu on his own was equal to Gotenks. Only people able to beat him are the 2 above him.
4. Janemba - With the ability to warp dimensions, he is extremely powerful. He's able to easily defeat SSJ3 Goku, SSJ2 Vegeta and Pikon. He does, however have a weakness that can be easily exploited - if he's insulted, he gets stunned for a couple of seconds.
5. Gohan - Goku said it himself, Gohan had surpassed him. I know that Gohan is stronger than Gotenks because Gotenks was equal to Super Buu where as Gohan was able to dominate.
6. Goku - Spirit Bomb can take out most of the DBZ verse. Super Kaioken (although it is filler it is very possible) would put him above Gohan strength wise if used with SSJ3 but Gohan would win due to the exhaustion it would cause Goku.
7. Kid Buu - Although Gotenks is stronger, I'm putting Kid Buu here because of his speed (able to move from planet to planet with his Instantaneous Movement technique), ability to copy techniques and endurance.
8. Gotenks - Stronger than Goku and Kid Buu but the time limit and his mentality brings him down.
9. Fat Buu - We've already seen that he's more powerful than Vegeta but he can be easily tricked. He's also no match for those above him on this list.
10. Either Broly or Vegeta - Vegeta is equal to SSJ2 Goku. Broly was beaten by Goku, Gohan & Goten. I honestly cannot say who is stronger...
