Well i'll try to explain why minato's FTG use is much better than Tobirama's so here goes.

Here minato explains that he or his chakra need to be in contact in some way to work so for minato to use FTG he doesn't need direct contact while i believe tobirama does look at this

here we see Tobirama touching Minato then using FTG even though minato is already marked where we have seen Minato FTG the whole SA without direct contact.

So i think we can conclude that Tobirama needs direct contact with what ever he is going to FTG.

1-Minato's is faster than Tobirama's
2- Minato has level 1, 2 and 3
3- The Kunais which make its rang much larger
4- as you said Minato can teleport anyone has his chakra even without touching them
5- Minato can teleport more things/people than Tobirama

BUt yes minato's ftg is more versatile since he has the jutsu formulas on his kunais , because of which can make better use of ftg . Tobirama places the seal with his sand . So in this matter Minato > Tobirama .
But i am pretty sure minato also needs to touch in order to teleport because if you remember that scan , when juubito had grabbed sasuke and naruto by their hands , minato was not able to teleport instantly but naruto had to connect to him using his chakra hands .

At bold i never said anything about the speed of the jutsu Tobirama's FTG speed = Minato's FTG speed.

Next point Minato did not have Naruto,Sasuke or Juubito marked at that point so he Couldn't FTG with them thats why naruto made contact with minato.

1- Minato can use FTG via his chakra signature w/o tagging the opponent, Tobirama hasn't shown this...

2- Nope... That's just BodyFlicker tech. and Minato excels in that too...
