READ THIS BEFORE COMMENTING:
These are base stats. Meaning no powerups like mangekyou sharingan, sage mode, etc, 3tamoe sharingan and Byakugan counts.
Base stats doesn't tell you how strong a ninja is. For example, Hashirama and Tobirama have the same stat total. But Hashicakes is miles ahead of his cranky little bro.
Another example is mu and the 2nd mizukage. They're equal in power, but not in stats.
I'll do a thread for the Jinchuriki, Akatsuki and their allies, other major bad guys (like Hanzo), and other important ninja (Like Kakashi).
I've already done one for Naruto's age group, if you'd like to see here.

I can't really give an estimate of his prime. But I'm guessing he'd at least have a 36 total. Leaning more towards him being higher then that. But, well I just have to give him what he had when he was an old man.
