Look at him prepping hand seals and sasuke decides to counter his speed with a windmill shuriken which itachi effortlessly reacts to a point blank range around 5 meters that it was thrown right in front of him.
If that wasnt enough this nigga literally went metrix mode and jumped between the 2 wind mill shurikens like it was nothing and this was all done near his death bed and near blind.
This guy is faced with a huge ass katon in his face right in front of sasuke and take note of his injury near his leg area!
yet he still manages to evade it in time and we see sasuke prepping a chidori and charges at him at full speed and itachi manages to still react with a katon[

Ayeee, Itachi is well-skilled in every category son. He may have a Sharingan but them reflexes by themselves is a monster. He's at least top 5 up there in the reaction speed category.
