QUESTION 1:-
If chakra is limited to Princess and her son Rikoudo and afterwards rikoudo's sons then HOW all shinobi gained chakra?!?!

ANSWER:-
chakra was surely related to princess and rikoudo but PRINCESS Shared her chakra with her clan mates which are shown in chapter 647 and surely her son rikoudo was also shared his chakra to all shinobis like HASHIRAMA shared all TAILED BEASTs Except NINE TAILS to balance Shinobi World .....This pic below shows that princess sharing her chakra to her clan mates

QUESTION 2:-
IS All chakras related to juubi tree ?

ANSWER:-
NO , juubi acquire chakra from nature and all other shinobi's including sasuke's attacks were not working against because they have a chakra of juubi BUT naruto's senjutsu attacks was harming juubi or obito because naruto senjutsu attacks needs nature chakra

if Rikoudo's chakra is related to juubi tree Then how he defeated juubi ?!?!

ANSWER:-
rikoudo also learnt sage techniques that's why he is also known as SAGE ....rikoudo also learnt sage techniques thats why he defeated juubi because normal chakra techniques cant harm juubi and only sage jutsu techiques can harm juubi

QUESTION 4:-
Some people are saying that chapter 647 showed that rikoudo is not uzumaki

ANSWER:-
Rikoudo is surely uzumaki i cant go in detail but there are some reasons:-
1-rikoudo was survived after extracting juubi and kept alive
2-rikoudo had red hair
3-rikoudo was specailist in sealing techniques
4-rikoudo made a uzumaki clan himself that's why his clan sign is similiar's to rikoudo's back just like obito's back

First of all, that is a picture of the Princess subduing the war. Yes Hashirama shared the Bijuu, but thats just handing 8 entities over. Thats easy. Sharing chakra with every single person alive takes time.

You said all chakra doesn't belong to the Juubi (WRONG) and that Juubi gets it's chakra from Nature (Also wrong) Manga facts states Shinju was the progenitor of all chakra, meaning that Nature got it's Natural energy from the Shinju - not the other way round.

SO6P developed fuuinjutsu. Whether or not he actually fought the Juubi we dont know, he could have just snuck up on it and sealed it. Obito was able to seal the Juubi inside of himself without Senjutsu.

No proof for SO6P being Uzumaki. Never been shown to have red hair. He survived extraction of the Juubi because he used Creation of all things Jutsu. Basically he can do what he likes, he just thinks it up and it happens.

Sage invented fuuinjutsu, and it was stated all shinobi pass down variations of this Jutsu in secret - not just the Uzumaki's.

The sign on SO6P and Obito's back is the Rinnegan.

Because of his dad who has blonde hair?...... You guys are trying way too hard, it's pretty damn simple. After Kaguya ate the fruit, hagoromo received that chakra. Kaguya had given the chakra out to everyone, and then the sage taught them how to use it. From the sage's sons came every ninja tribe in existence, including uzumakis. Sage has white hair from being old, and naruto is blonde cuz of his dad. Hope you were enlightened by me saying what u should already know...
