[Theory] Shonen Jump Breaks?

They say they take breaks. But i think that they make the chapter and then take a break of 1 week. Why do they make the chapter when saying they take a break, and then after the break ends they post it? Why not post the chapter and tell everyone they won't be drawing the next one for the whole week? What i want to say is: They say they will take a break, they draw the chapter for 1 week, take a break for 1 week, and then release it?? What they are doing now is stupid and a proof of it is the chapter we got leaked from the chinese search engine BaiDu. We got the chapter after 1 week of the last chapter release, while they were on their "break"
