300,000,000 Pre-learning all 3 kinds of haki.
400,000,000 Upon returning after 2 years.

The government have no idea that he mastered the 3 types of haki during his training under the dark king in the past 2 years. I don't think 400,000,0000 is enough 4 him, What is his real bounty now ?

It's not about the strength but about the danger they present to the government. I say that's the minimum but the maximum I'd put for him is 550 million. I thought it might be excessive but didn't want to get bashed for my opinion

So nearly a million increase is impressive. But here's another reason.


Ace was 550 million.... And served as basically one of Whitebeard's best. If Luffy is already surpassing Ace with ease... It won't take long until he's on Yonko level (considering the next step from the elites of the Yonko's men would basically be Admirals and Yonko.


My point is that he'd be developing just a tad too quickly. I think a low bounty like this would be s cool idea! That way when he really does make a final move against Kaidou or on Wano, he will finally get that deserving mark of surpassing bis brother. Or tying him.

Hm, Idk about that man. While Naruto was given Kurama, Luffy got his DF. Luffy grew stronger battle after battles, much quicker than Naruto for sure, developing his gears and his fighting style. In 2 years, Luffy masters Haki. In 3 years Naruto... Gets a bigger blue ball. But! After J-man's death, Naruto gets SM, KCM, BM, and BSM all within like 2 months maybe? While Luffy works with what he's got, still getting stronger after every battle. I wouldn't say he trained way more than Luffy, they're about even in that department as Luffy but that's another topic so I'll stop here.

Well in the 3 years Naruto grew up alot and started respecting other ideals, he grew up from a kid to a man. that helped him afterwards, and that's what made him a kage level ninja now.

True Ace didn't have Raleigh, but he was a part of a Yonko Crew... So basically in a position just like Raleigh was.... So he'd have his Nakama all around.


But still, Luffy had focused training this is true. And this is one reason I'd like him to have at least one or two arcs before he hits his brother's mark.... It shows that Ace really was a strong pirate... And not someone who's easy to surpass.


Don't forget... Despite his lack for two years, after Jiraiya dies... He becomes EXPONENTIALLY better the following months between SM to Beast Sage Mode.

Nah its all good. Honestly while I'd say an idea of around the upper 490's would be a nice prepping spot for Luffy to get ready to and then pass his brother.... I'm honestly anticipating his bounty after this arc may actually hit 550... Though I'd definitely prefer something like 475.

I think he's gonna get a bounty of 580 million. Reason why is simply because I believe Doflamingo is stronger than Ace, or at least even with him. Luffy is equally as much a threat as Ace, as well.
