Wow i would have a list:

1- Why did you show so much favoritism over Sasuke? When the manga is called Naruto? Is it because there's a show called Sasuke and you didn't want to be copycat?

2- Why did you ruin Obito's character as a villain?

3- Why did you make Sasuke so weak in the war arc?

4- Why did you give Naruto so many power-ups over Sasuke in the war arc?

5- Why did you make Edo Zombies useless against Shinobi Alliance? Giving away their weakness, c'mon!

6- Why did you prolong the chapters with Obito and Madara doing little to nothing in each chapter? This fight could of been over by now!

7- Why did you make Kabuto a villain? He was awful!

8- Why did you make Madara Uchiha so lazy in the battlefield? Doing nothing but seating all the time.
