Interesting, but the thing is Fukasaku's technique, Fighting Tongue Slash (Zessenzan), is not a Water Release technique like Tobirama's. He is using his tongue - it's derived from the Fighting Tongue Bind (Zessenbaku) technique:

I know, I did not say the tongue thing was a Suiton. Tobirama just used Suiton to enhance this technique, as Tobirama's tongue is not frog like. :nindaime:

Nice thread, but Fukasaku's attack isn't suiton based although it may look so especially in the anime

I know Fukasaku's technique is not a Suiton. Tobirama enhanced this technique as a Suiton though. :|

He does, but simply has no reason to do so.

He only needs to break it if Orochimaru prevents him from helping the alliance. Initially he was simply too strong to be controlled, and didn't anticipate Hashirama's DNA. So now he would have to use it while Orochimaru isn't watching him carefully... But once more, why bother when he's doing what he wants to be doing ^.^.

He is very similar to two characters I am very fond of; Danzo and Oro.

That and Rivialle convinced me he has more depth then previously thought.
