Heading to the front of the instruction room, Inoichi places hi coffee on desk and clears his throat to get everyone's attention.

"Ahem. Noni could you go and greet the new students as they come in and direct them to their seat please?"

"Anyways, Welcome and before we begin our first instruction I want to get to know you a bit if you don't mind. I want you to take this next question seriously because this will define your whole career."

"Remember that when using techniques for the first time you clear your mind. The mind is chattering away at many thoughts a million miles per second. Close your eyes and focus. Take into account, little by little, your surroundings. What do you hear, smell, taste, feel, and see.

We are all part of the world not it apart of us. We are merely the cogs in the grand scheme of things. Once you become one with everything around you...you will achieve great things. But that depends on your dedication and discipline."

You can't because you are trying to hard. To walk on water you have to realize something important, its runs through all of us and everyone can control it. Its called chakra. Chakra is what makes the ninja, its what creates ninjutsu and what we consider the core of our ninja abilities.

I want you to meditate, I want you to realize what runs through your entire body, feel the chakra running rapidly through your chakra system. Manipulate it by your own will control it and tell me what you feel and know of our chakra.

"A good team works together not just one. It is nice to make them feel comfortable and safe but if you end up limiting their strengths you not only lose efficiency but down the road it will lead to team arguments and disloyalty. Your enemy will have won against you before the battle even began."


Note: Try to be as descriptive as you can when training. Use your senses and imagine if it was you in real life.
