That makes him basicly Rock Lee...
But Lee wins this due to gates.

I think at same level of anime power, Bruce wins with his superior fighting skills. Bruce lee is the real genius of hard work. Rock lee might be in the springtime of youth but Bruce is a grown man. Rock lees lotus might bloom twice but Bruce will rip the lotus into pieces and step on it three times.
