Minato stepped out on to the grounds of the arena, a huge roar erupted from amidst the crowds gathered, this was the proving grounds, and any man who stepped here had better have something to prove, and Minato...He had a lot to prove.
He strode forwards as the sun glistened overhead, casting warming rays on to his face, he allowed his eyes to adjust as he walked onwards, as slowly another man slid in to focus.
This man looked much like Minato, blue eyes and a shock of blonde hair, but he dressed differently, a fact Minato spotted straight away as his own cloak billowed out behind him in the cooling breeze, it seemed to be mid afternoon judging from the weather.
The perfect day, Minato thought to himself as he reached back, drawing a single one of his unique kunai, he rolled it between his fingers as he looked at the man.

He knew just by looking at him this would be like no other opponent he fought before. But he didn't feel fear, he didn't feel anything. If anything Alaude has never been as happy as he was today facing this man. Finally a opponent then can truly measure Alaude's skills.
Alaude hears the man speak. Asking for his name. Alaude looks firmly towards the man and says...
My name is Alaude, a guardian of the clouds and a man of honor.
Alaude looks back, readies his chakra and asks the man...

With this said Minato flipped his S/T kunai in to a reversed grip glancing his opponent up and down, he took his measure of the man focusing on his posture, he seemed relaxed enough, but at the same time he had a tense undertone, he seemed nervous.
Minato cracked a grin in the mans direction.
