the face seems a little fat you need to add more curves. and the bottom lip shouldn't be that big. Also the nose in Naruto can be drawn with only using 2 lines defining the nostrils.

You need to understand one point though. I'm not trying to draw like Kishimoto, I have my own style of drawing faces.
Kishimoto's style is way too plain.
I don't hate being criticized. I just want a reason why it's not good and some tips on how to make it right rather than just saying "That sucks" or "It's not good.". I don't get anything from those comments. : D
It just looks like a body builder chick to me. You can't really say that a female face is one way and a mans is another because really hormones are the only thing that seperate a man and a woman, which affects the body so you can tell the difference. There a plenty of very attractive women with square shaped faces(which is more "manly") like the this for example:

Then of course in almost every anime you could pass the guys off for girls. That's part of how manga artist adopted the whole big boob thing and slutty and sexual outfits and hair, to distinguish the difference in ***. Really you can make them look like either just by drawing the body a certain way. Example Kukaku from bleach, people consider her "hot" but you could easy draw a male version of her with a change of body:

Really it would look like a woman if the body wasn't so muscular but that's yours style. So you have to practice drawing the female body with muscles, even body builder women have different muscular contour compared to men, but your drawing male muscles. Good examples would be She hulk, you can see the difference between a buffed woman and a man.

I'm not even trying to draw like Kishimoto, I have my own style and I make my Tsunade muscular on purpose because I like her that way.
The point here was that does her face look masculine, since almost every face I draw looks.

For Bantos, I guess you should practice more on your coloring style. if you eagerly wanted to use your own form of drawing then focus on the coloring matters. theres a lot of people who is being praised for their own toned style of naruto fanarts rather than following kishimot's style of drawing. so have you creativity on coloring. tnx and kudos

I absolutely agree with you.
I have been practicing coloring a lot lately, but I had to change the drawing program some time ago so I'm new to this one. Also I didn't bother using time coloring this since the face was the point here.
